Hey there,
I'm Caz!
If you're reading this, chances are you're an ambitious leader with ADHD who's tired of fighting your own brain every day. Been there, done that, got the hyperfocus t-shirt (probably forgot to eat lunch while wearing it).
I'm Cassandra "Caz" Gaddis, and I've spent the last 20+ years figuring out how to make success work with our beautifully chaotic ADHD brains, rather than against them. As a transformational ADHD coach, professor, and PhD candidate in Transpersonal Psychology, I help neurodivergent leaders like you turn that overwhelm and decision paralysis into rock-solid clarity and confidence.
Here's what I bring to your corner:
You know that feeling when you have seventeen brilliant ideas but can't seem to execute any of them? Or when you're leading a team but secretly wondering if you're just winging it? That's exactly where my unique blend of advanced ADHD coaching, psychology, neuroscience, and Energy Leadership comes in. I don't just help you manage symptoms, I help you leverage your ADHD superpowers to create the impact you're meant to make.
As an adjunct professor in Sofia University's MBA program, I teach what I practice: how to lead authentically when your brain works differently. I'm also deep in my PhD research on how neurodivergent entrepreneurs cultivate purposeful impact through inner transformation (fancy way of saying "how to succeed by being unapologetically you").
Why working with me feels different:
I'm PCC-certified through the International Coaching Federation and trained in all evidence-based practices, including Advanced ADHD coaching, C.ORE Dynamics focused on helping people in life transitions (personal or professional), and Energy Leadership. But here's the thing that sets our work apart: I also study astrology and archetypal frameworks (stay with me on this) because sometimes understanding your energetic blueprint is the missing piece that makes everything fall into placeâĶ Kinda like in snow globes.

What you can expect:
No more masking. No more trying to fit into neurotypical productivity systems that leave you feeling like a square peg in a round hole. Instead, we'll build systems that actually work with your unique wiring. We'll turn that racing mind into focused brilliance and that sensitivity into leadership gold.
Whether you're running a company, leading a team, or building something from scratch, I'm here to help you amplify your voice, align your energy, and create sustainable success that actually feels good in your body and soul.

When I'm not coaching, facilitating, or hosting an experience -- I'm with my little familia (family in Spanish).
My husband, Les, is a masterful Director of Photography. He began working in his parents' film and photography business as a teenager while growing up in New Orleans. He's been in film for over 25 years now! We moved to Los Angeles, California, after 14 years in Dallas, Texas, last year so that he could pursue his Master's in Cinematography at the American Film Institute. I am super-duper proud of him!! If you are into film, you might be interested in listening to his podcast, Capturing Light.
With both of us in school at the same time and continuing to grow in our professional purpose, while having school-age kiddos, we have leaned into a 'play hard, work hard' mentality. We've intentionally built a life where we get to do meaningful work while being as present as possible with our kids. Often, this means a dance between family and work. Our kids have been on film sets with us or co-learning alongside us as we cowork at our coworking spaces.
Other than work, school, and family -- hobbies and things that make me happy:
If you're anything like me, you have a collection of craft supplies, partially completed projects, and a desire to do more crafts than you might even realize.
I love crafts and creative things. I use body-doubling to do some of that with my kids. Seriously, lol.
I like to art journal, occasionally.
I've been casually learning pickleball.
I've also joined an awesome cowork space that includes some movement and workout classes. Chiropractor sessions and then a Stretch class is everything!
And, overall, I build in plant time throughout the month to give me dopamine doses that keep me growing forward (mom pun intended). I've never kept plants alive for more than a few months before moving to Cali. I've reached 137 plants now!

So that's who I am, how I continue to invest in who I am becoming for my clients and professional expressions, my family that fuels me, and a bit about my interests.
I look forward to connecting with you!
